• All rates are listed in U.S. Dollars • Rates are per accommodation, per night for the number of guests of each accomodation and include the Gourmet Experience. • A 20% service charge & government tax and $1 accommodation tax per room, per night are not included • Holiday Policy: two-night minimum stay required from December 20th to January 3rd • Three-night deposit is required upon making a reservation. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date • Full property bookings are subject to alternate terms and conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival • 30 or fewer days prior to arrival or no show: No refund and final payment (balance of stay) is also forfeited • During Christmas & New Years (December 20 – January 7), cancellations must be made sixty (60) days prior to arrival • A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been sent from the hotel administration.
